About This Station

In collaboration with the undergraduate architecture program at UPENN, and with the support of the Penn Environmental Innovations Initiative (PEII), we have developed a testing station that demonstrates the comparative effect of an intensive green roof and an extensive green roof assembly relative to a control roof on the delay of peak storm water loads during live rain events.

This station supports the coursework of ARCH 3010: Alternative Topographies, a studio in the core sequence of the undergraduate architecture major.
