Located in Tredyffrin Township, this new construction home is designed specifically for the needs of the family. Designed as a contemporary interpretation of the Pennsylvania stone country house, the home is oriented toward views of the on site pond, utilizing a 3-4-5 right triangle to simplify dimensioning, optimize solar orientation, and correctly proportion the rooms. Natural light, privacy, and the lifestyle of the family drove many of the design decisions.
